Ok so here are some ideas for the recycling bins. The world thingy would go on the lid and the leafy thing around. The other stuff is just kind of random art ideas for our roomies. Also I did them on cardboard so it is being REUSED! Ha.

I like to call the later ones my grassy noels. So the pictures are pretty terrible and I am still trying to master basic photshop skills so the colors are pretty off from what they actually look like so you get to use your IMaginaTIon! Tell me about your thoughts!
2 insight(s):
you did this all on photoshop? wow.
Good job! If you were trying to disappoint me! I bet you wish you knew what movie that came from, don't you! I'll give you a hint. You slept through it.
Anyway, on to the point. I REALLY LIKED THE DESIGNS.
The earth recycling thing is awesome and I would be honored to call that my recycling bin.
My favorite of that set (not your grassy noels) is the second one. I like them Terri! I hope they will encourage people to recycle more.
As for the grassy noels...I like them! I just think they need something else to them...I don't know what exactly. I really like the colors on the first three, but I'm not sure if they would go with the earth tones theme...but then again you just said the colors were screwed up, so never mind.
I'm proud you put them on cardboard! way to reuse!
Oh Laura Bells ... no I didn't photoshop it all... I drew it and then took pictures and tried to fix the colors in photoshop because the light was really low and I am not very good with my mom's camera nor do I like it which might be the cause of my inability to operate it.
KUNG FU PANDA. I actaully kind o fwant to see it now, mostly.
ok well I'm glad you like the designs because I'm painting tonight! The second one is what is going around the bin and the earth thing will be on top. I think I already said that... oh well.
I know what you mean about them needing something else. I'm not sure either... I think they need to have more depth or if I want them to be flat to be more flat... they are awkward in the middle I think... maybe that's not the problem I don't know. Anywyas they are just experiments really... I did them all in less than 2 minutes probably. I think I like quick art... I get impatient with all that realism crap.
Wouldn't it be cool if we had a giant refrigarator size cardborad painting in our room!? Haha. Well anyways... if you come across any large carboard would you save it for me? I think I am going to go with this carboard thing.
I am exploring all kinds of recycled art actually. I've been saving straw wrappers, I'm not quite sure what I'll do with them though.
I like to reuse! We should explore thrift stores for furniture. Ty told me to go on craiglists for cheap used stuff. I was like... what's Craiglist? I think I'm behind again. SUPRISE!
